The diverse Bamberg harbor area is the starting point for your days in Bamberg. It boasts an optimal infrastructure (nearby motorway connection, public transport, shopping for clothing/groceries and much more within walking distance or a few minutes' drive away) as well as a connection to Bamberg center, which is only about 2 km away. As a cycling city, it is of course a good idea to use your bike and, for example, go on a bike tour along the Regnitz in the immediate vicinity and stop at the cult kiosk Kunni or explore the ERBA island. The Sandstraße party mile and beer cellar should also be mentioned.
